You can order through our online store, per email order@crucialresponse.com or by telephone +49 203 455 79 39. You can reach us between 10 am in the morning till 7 pm in the evening. Minimum Order
Minimum order of 8,00 Euro is required.
If you are in Germany and want to drop you are always welcomed. We don't run a regular shop, just an online mailorder only. Just to make sure that someone is here get in contact with us first by mail or give us a call.
Shipping
All packages are shipped with DHL within Germany, we shipp with DHL to foreign countries.
Custom & tax charges
International customers will be responsible for all customs, duties and tax charges, which may vary from country to country. Crucial Response has no control over these charges and they are not included in our Product or Shipping and Handling fees.
