Septic Death was a hardcore punk band fronted by artist Brian "Pushead" Schroeder on vocals. Pushead is most notable for his artwork, which graced releases by Metallica, The Misfits, among others. Septic Death is one of the most extreme bands to come from the early hardcore scene and they were both in the development of thrashcore, powerviolence, crust and grindcore.
